2. Service Description

dataengineer.wiki is an educational platform providing cheatsheets, learning paths, certification guides, interview preparation materials, and other resources for Databricks data engineers.

3. Accounts

  • You may need an account to access certain features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Paid Products and Subscriptions

  • Paid products are processed through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD
  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • EU consumers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, unless you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives your withdrawal right
  • Substack subscriptions are managed through Substack's platform and subject to their terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell paid content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on dataengineer.wiki is owned by Jakub Lasak Consulting
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased content
  • "Databricks" is a trademark of Databricks, Inc.

  • This is an independent educational resource
  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by Databricks, Inc.
  • Content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hi@dataengineer.wiki.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hi@dataengineer.wiki. We will try to resolve the issue within 14 days.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Warsaw, Poland.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
